Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey completed on March 25, 2024, found Proper Care, had corrected the deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state licensure survey that was completed on January 10, 2024.
